The performance brings together classical musicians of all ages in the exploration and celebration of the pipe organ, often the musical center of a sacred place. The concert experience has been preceded by an Artist Residency with POP and Astral musicians, which focused on building musical skills and relationships between student musicians and world-class artists. In addition, by centering on the organ as the anchor of musical life in a sacred place, the connection between music, musicians, and audience is linked to a specific space and time. Join us at 5:30 for child-friendly, pre-concert experience stations to learn more about the pipe organ!
