A little bit about Katrina:
Katrina Brink is a passionate chef instructor, avid gardener and food waste reduction advocate! She's the founder of The Empowered Kitchen, where she shares her love of cooking, sustainable food systems and environmental protection through meal prep cooking classes online and in Denver. Katrina received her MS in Agriculture, Food and Environment from Tufts University's Friedman School of Nutrition, where she discovered her mission to reduce food waste. Now she does that through cooking classes to empower you to cook fantastic meals, and most importantly share love and connection in the kitchen and around the table.
