"Pozoleria Zaragoza" Dinner -- 1st Seating - 6:00 Pm

Birrieria Zaragoza will be dressing up as “Pozoleria Zaragoza” for a one night pozole pop up! We have always been big fans of this Mexican staple dish and hope you all will join us to experience this celebration of POZOLE! Tostadita - Oaxacan blue corn tostada, lengua adobada, tomatillo relish, esquites. Rojo - guajillo broth, olive oil poached cod, smoked trout roe, peanut and arbol chile salsa, shrimp tostada, oyster Veracruz. Verde - roasted poblano and chicken broth, chicken thigh milanesa, purple hominy, avocado, fermented jalapeno salsa. Blanco - tonkatsu broth, spare rib carnitas, pork shoulder, chicharron, hominy, sesame-habanero salsa. Flan - traditional vanilla custard, maldon sea salt, persimmon gelee. Unfortunately no special dietary restrictions will be accommodated. More Info below.
