Free Fitness Class Every Monday At 7:30pm-Jan Through March 2019

Dance Atlantic Inc is hosting a free weekly cardio dance fitness class every Monday! Know of anyone interested in a Zumba/cardio dance/fitness style class!? Invite some friends to come with you! Every Monday starting Jan 7, at 7:30pm for an hour! We've moved and our new location is: 2796 Fulton St (between Van Siclen and Hendrix). It's a low/medium intensity workout that anyone can do at their own pace. The class is appropriate for anyone at any level and age. I'll be sure to show some modifications for anyone who needs to simplify some moves or who needs to do it from a chair part or the whole time. You can definitely burn up to 500 calories and it's a great way to de-stress, shed some calories, tone and I can personally say that I've been able to get my high blood pressure down which has been amazing for me!
