Steve Rakkar has produced this Dallas Tango festival. He is a practicing emergency medicine doctor in the Dallas metroplex. He was raised in England, and has lived in Texas since 1984. He is married to Jane and has 4 children. His interests are Argentine tango, sailing, music and travel. More Info below.
