Em.bod.y is a combination of yoga, ballet, contemporary movement, pilates, stretch, and conditioning set to an ecclectic playlist of hip hop, punk, rock n roll, electronica, indie, and pretty much whatever else you can think of. The first half of the class is set to a faster pace warming up the body, working the core and the legs, and conditioning the body. The second half of class is a slower pace that works on stretches that increase flexibility and expressive movement. There's no wrong way to express yourself. Come try em.bod.y with Abby Schomaker and be transformed! Please be sure to wear comfortable clothes, and bring a yoga mat. All levels welcome! This class will be a reoccuring drop-in class on Thursdays at 6pm. $15 per class. You will need to register on the MindBody app (on Android or iPhone) to hold your spot!
