Argentine Tango Technique Workshop w/ Christy Cloud Saturday, February 27, 2016 1:30 - 3:00 p.m. $10 per person This Workshop is for both followers and leaders. No partner necessary, however! We will be working on individual exercises to refine your footwork and technique, improve your posture, strengthen your balance, and improve your confidence on the social dance floor. Please, wear comfortable clothing suitable for exercise. Also, followers should bring both flat practice shoes as well as their heels. Christy's background as a Certified Personal Trainer (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and Certified Pilates Instructor (The Pilates Coach) give her a unique perspective in making the dance accessible through physical training.
