Hello Everyone, The Tonicity & Flexibility for Dancer course with Camille aims to improve physical condition and flexibility. Specifically chosen for dance, the exercises aim to strengthen the deep musculature to improve posture, balance and endurance while maintaining and improving flexibility to perfect your dancing technique.
