Dominican Bachata Dance Team Now Forming (Tryouts)

Join Team Rodchata for the 2025 Festivals Season! Are you ready to take your bachata dancing to the next level and showcase your skills on a grand stage all over the place? Team Rodchata is seeking exceptional leaders from the Bay Area to join our renowned dance team and be part of our new choreography for the upcoming festivals. What We're Looking For: Intermediate or Advanced Level: can showcase mastery of fundamental bachata steps. Been dancing consistently for a minimum of 8 months. Familiarity with Traditional Style: Understanding and appreciation of traditional bachata style. Footwork and Hip Movement: Ability to execute intricate footwork and hip movements with confidence and precision. Weekly Rehearsals: Availability for once-a-week evening rehearsals on either Thursdays or Tuesdays. Commitment: Willingness to dedicate 3 months to training and practice leading up to the main performances.
