Daytime COUNTRY 2-STEP Classes at SAN DIEGO OASIS (Partner Dance) Dancing is Fun! Dancing is Exercise! Dancing is Social! Get out of the house, meet new people, learn something new! Dancing improves our balance, coordination, stimulates mental activity, produces endorphins (which make us HAPPY!). Partner Dancing Country 2-Step is all that and MORE! Every Thursday Basic Level Country 2-Step 1:15-2:15 pm If you are brand new to the dance floor, this class is the place for you! If you want to refresh your Country 2-Step skills, this class is the place for you! IN THIS CLASS: We will cover: Basic step and rhythm, basic hold, traditional Country 2-Step patterns and positions like Progressive Basic, Couples Turn, side-by-side Sweetheart and Wrap; the very cool looking Check-Weave pattern, and more! Also included – Intro to basic Country 2-Step Spins & Turns (how to lead them, how to follow them!) No experience needed. No partner required (we will rotate partners in class). All ages welcome!
