Story Time Yoga For Kids

Calling all moms and dads of littles!! This awesome class is just for kids from walking age to 5 yrs old. Join Miss Rae in the studio for four weeks of Kids Story-time Yoga. In each 35 minute class, we will use breath, stories, and movement while engaging in imaginary travel to some of Chicago's summer favorite locations. Move like the animals of the Lincoln Park Zoo, learn flower breath and mindfulness tools to calm the nervous systems of our little yogis.
