If youre new to dancing with no (or limited) previous dance experience, the best place to start is one of our drop-in Intro Salsa Lessons on Sunday afternoons or Friday nights. For people new to Salsa dancing, these weekly drop-in classes provide a fun and easy opportunity to try a one-hour beginner Salsa class for the first time. These Absolute Beginner lessons are the entry point into salsa dancing for many people and they cover the basics and fundamentals of salsa dancing. If youve never tried a dance class before, get started here. Everyone welcome to attend (all ages) , You dont need a partner , No dance experience needed , Drop-in, you dont need to register What Should I Wear? You Dont need dance shoes for a beginner lesson, but if you can bring a pair of clean, indoor shoes to change into when you arrive at the studio that would be great. Dress comfortably (casual clothing) and wear comfortable shoes (for women, flat or low heels are good). Shoes with good support and smooth, non-sticky soles are best but runners or casual shoes are fine too.
