Hike N' Flow - N' Partnership With Athleta!

Fall is in full swing and we couldn't be more excited to celebrate with our Hike N' Flow! Let's get in touch with mother nature, as we tree pose amongst the wisest and oldest amongst us (oak, hickory, maple and beech to name a few). During this Hike N' Flow, we will explore nature, flow, meditate, journal, and break bread together. All levels are welcome! Beginners are encouraged to flow at their own pace. -- Ticket Options Guided hike, 1-hour yoga class, and light refreshments: $25 Light snacks will be provided. Please bring your mat, water bottle, and lunch. Schedule 9:30am - Check-In at the Charging Bull in Lower Manhattan 9:45am - Travel to Hike Trail 11:00am - Hike 12:00pm - Yoga Flow 12:45pm - Lunch 1:15pm - Guided Meditation 2:00pm - Head back to Manhattan GOODIES! All yogis who register by October 13th are invited to a special shopping event with #bbflow at the Athleta Flagship store on 18th and 5th. The event will take place on October 14th from 3-5pm.
