Followlogie 2019

Followlogie is all-encompassing celebration of the follower's role in the world of swing dances, including Lindy Hop, Solo Jazz Blues, while offering fresh and new persepectives for leaders on how important their partners are. Followlogie features some of the most inspiring international teachers to develop the art of being a strong follower. This year we have with us Evita Arce, Gaby Cook, Maryse Lebeau, Dominique Blouin and more to be announced!To participate in Followlogie is essentially finding a space to work your dance skills as a follower and as a leader, keeping in mind the follower's perspective.Solo, couple and exploration dance classes are offered to develop the tools you need to find your voice and define your dancer's identity. The competitions, the show, the discussions, the music and dance nights are as many occasions to fill up with inspiration !!!CELEBRATE - EMPOWER - UNDERSTAND - EXPRESS !!We intend: To offer great opportunities for dancers expressing and celebrating the follower role To develop leader skill level in creating exceptional moves and movement based on the connected partnership inherent to our dance.
