Glasgoslow 2019 - A Slow Lindy And Blues Weekend

Glasgow Lindyhoppers and Thursday Night Blues are delighted to announce the third edition of GlasGoSlow - our annual event celebrating the slower side of swing. This year, our teachers are international superstars who are well known for their world class teaching. For Slow Lindy, we have Lisa Clarke and Fabien Vrillon, coming specially from France! For Blues, we have Jennifer Sowden from the United States and Annette Kuhnle from Germany! Bookings are already open via DanceCloud: https: glasgowlindy. dancecloud. comtkdanceevents23639 And as well as having two days of top-notch tuition, we also have three socials, live music and the friendliest dancers around! In a choose your own adventure style workshop, youll have the chance to take classes in only slow lindy, only blues, or a bit of both. Intermediateadvanced level dancers can choose to do two full days of blues, two full days of slow lindy, or a day of each. If you're a beginner, you can still take our half-day foundation level classes in blues, slow lindy, or both. And if your time or budget is limited we have a range of other ticket options available to choose from. Take a look on the register section of our dancecloud page. Our Lindy Classes will be taught with trad roles (ie. lead follow) and our blues classes will be taught as switch. The blues tickets on DanceCloud are therefore described as 'solounspecified'. This is just to avoid any need for wait listing, but be assured the classes will be for partnered dancing. Levels Please note that none of these classes are suitable for complete beginners.
