There are vast differences between Italy’s Northern and Southern regions in regards to language, culture and geography which are surprising to many. These differences are also present in the cuisine and wines, which we aim to explore with this special North vs. South Wine Dinner. Join us as Chef Liam teamed up with experts from Coppo Winery from the Northern region of Piedmont and Donnafugata Winery from the Southern region of Sicily to celebrate the differences between these regions and create a special menu that will be paired with side by side tastings of wines from both wineries. Chef Liam along with the Winemakers will join you at the table at every course for a description of each dish–feel free to ask questions.
