It's where we participate in basic ballroom dance steps like the Cha Cha, Salsa and the Jive to artists like Cee Lo, Sade’ and Lady Gaga This class is so much fun it doesn't feel like exercise! Ideal for all levels. WHEN/WHERE: Cardio~Fusion classes are usually 2 Saturdays a month at Core in downtown Decatur Square! WHAT TO WEAR: Comfortable clothing and sneakers WHAT TO BRING: Bottled water and a towel (to dab sweat) PARKING/HOW TO GET THERE (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY): If you are not familiar with downtown Decatur, it can be very confusing. Please allow ample amount of time to look for parking, park, pay for parking (if applicable) and to walk to the studio. There is street parking, as well as, paid parking all around Core Studios. If you park a couple of blocks down you can usually find free parking on residential back roads. Pay extra attention to the street signs before you leave your car. The entrance is around the back of the building. From the BACK of Core, you'll see Chick Fil-A across the street and the Dekalb Courthouse across the street. Core Studios is to the left of Waffle House/Eddie's Attic and to the right of a Law Firm. You'll see Core painted in white and red on the wall at the very back of the parking lot. Please enter through this door. From the FRONT of Core, you'll see Cakes and Ale at the end and the studio is in between Raging Burrito and Sushi Avenue on that same side (please walk around to the back of the building to enter). OR I highly suggest MARTA, it's SMARTA! Core Dance Studios is located right above the Decatur MARTA Train Station. Taking the Blue Line, exit at the Decatur Train Station and you're right here!
