Culinary Discovery Club is excited to present a 3 course Parsi supper club celebrating Ramadan, the month of fasting for Muslims. Parsi cuisine is inspired by Persian and Indian flavours and promises to delight the tastebuds. You'll get to experience iftar, the breaking of fast at sunset, with an authentic and delicious 3 course meal and chai and discover the traditions around this spiritual month. Our lovely home-chef Shamineh Mavalvala Parakh is the founder of Līmbudī which aims to share Parsi-inspired food showcasing bold and vibrant flavours, bringing together traditional ingredients in unusual combinations.
