Salsa Fitness is a high calorie burning dance-inspired workout. Combining salsa dancing with exercises to get you to lose fat and tone up!
Our Females Only Salsa Fitness class is a fun way to learn one of the most popular forms of social Latin dance in the world and have fun whilst burning calories.
The class will be using Cali style salsa dancing and a variety of exercises. Latin rhythms make everyone smile and somehow our bodies start to move automatically when we hear them. That's why we want to offer you that amazing feeling and dance together using hottest Latin moves.
