Csbf 2019 Dance Team Registration - Team Directors Only

 Thank you for your interest in having your dance team/group perform at The Chicago Salsa & Bachata Festivel 2019. Please register and submit all the information requested and one of our team members will contact you with your performance confirmation. Only after you have submitted your information and it's approved will you be given access to purchase a PERFORMER PASS. Due to high demand of performers, teams must be able to perform either Saturday night or Sunday night. The only night a team can request to perform is Friday. If your team is not performing Friday, the production team will decide what night your team performs. Thanks, The CSBF2018 team More Info below.
