Join us Saturday March 16th at 4pm for a casual guided meditation. Meeting begins promptly at 4:19 so you have about a few minutes cushion. It's about a 15 minute duration where we focus on starting to clear the mind of debris that are hindering your overall life force of progression. If you have or have never meditated before & find yourself feeling frustrated lately come over & take a few minutes to breathe with like minded individuals who simply wish to relax & become more focused. Snacks & gifts.
