In this session, you will: Understand your networking "style" Learn how to intentionally create the impression you want to make Practice strategies to be more memorable in short interactions Strengthen your curiosity and empathy muscles as a way to more meaningful networking About Alvin Pilobello Through his company Mindspace Impact, Alvin Pilobello guides his clients to overcome personal and professional challenges through emotional intelligence skills. As a trained coach (the Coaches Training Institute in Toronto, the USA, and Spain) and experiential workshop facilitator, Alvin believes in 'starting from exactly where you are', to make sure his workshops are impactful long after they are done.Alvin also works with Engineering clients across the globe, expanding emotional intelligent-conversations in the worlds of infrastructure, and in organizational diversity and inclusion. He is Chair of the Water Environment Federation’s Students and Young Professionals Committee, producing professional development programs across Canada and the USA. Finally, Alvin is an avid Salsa Dancer and Instructor since 2006. What is Spotlight?
