This menu will give you a great collection of ideas to use at your next dinner party - whether you are looking for that new and exciting appetizer, or if you want to do a full on Spanish Tapas night of your own!On the Menu:- Feta Cheese, Charcuterie & Olive Board- Gambas Al Ajillo - Fresh shrimp, galic, paprika & cayenne tomatoes- Tortilla Espanola - a Spanish Omelet with potatoes, onion, eggs and olive oil- Almejas en Salsa Verde - Fresh clams in green sauce with wine, garlic and olive oil- Empanadillas Gallegas - little Galician turnovers with beef, raisins, garlic & spices See you there!
