Jessie has been teaching Zumba for a few years and is a 200-hour certified Yoga instructor and a Barre teacher. She also dances Bachata, Zouk, Kizomba, Forro/Salsa, and WCS and is active in the Boston dance community. Because she loves a wide variety of music and dance styles, her Zumba class often includes many rhythms such as Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Latin Urban, Merengue, Samba, Belly dancing/Bollywood, Kiz/Zouk, and MORE! Come try! Super fun, EASY to follow (she teaches with progression), and a very effective workout!
** What is Zumba?! Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance fitness program and is pretty much the most awesome workout ever!! A great, HOT interval training! Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it. You'll sweat, smile, play, and dance/move to Latin rhythms and international music and have a great time!
