HerräNg Winter Weekend 2019

Welcome to the second edition of Herrng Winter Weekend, February 1-3 2019! - Ten hours of classes including Lindy Hop, Solo Jazz and Lecture. - Three class levels; BeginnersIntermediateIntermediate, IntermediateIntermediateAdvanced, Advanced - Two social dance nights, including one evening with the live band Hornsgatan Ramblers and a smaller show by five generations of RhythmHarlem Hot Shots! - Price: 2.000 SEK (including meals) During the weekend you will get to see more of the newly discovered previously unseen video material of old school dancers demonstrating the dance during the early revival (the Larry Schultz video archive that was mentioned during Herrng 2018). This new video material will be present during many of the classes. The weekend starts on Friday evening with a mutual get together-class, followed by a late night social dance with DJ Frida Hggstrm Gerdt. On Saturday the level based classes starts, which continues during Sunday. Saturday will end with a short dinner show by the teachers followed by a social dance to the swinging live band Hornsgatan Ramblers who's speciality is to play really swinging music with a feel for swing dancers.
