Swing' From New York To Japan:Jazz Flute Workshop

Lessonface is pleased to offer a rare opportunity to attend a Jazz Flute Improv Workshop (in-person or online), co-led by two of today's leading jazz flute players from the US and Japan! New York recording artist, Ali Ryerson, joins forces with her Japanese friend and colleague, Yuko Hoshi, founder and leader of the Japan Jazz Flute Big Band. Yuko's Tokyo-based jazz flute ensemble will be on tour in the US in April, featuring Ali Ryerson as guest soloist. During the NYC leg of their tour, Ali and Yuko plan to co-lead an improv workshop, accompanied by Yuko's excellent Japanese rhythm section, at the Lessonface Studio. The workshop is being held on Wednesday, April 11th at 7pm (EDT), which is Thursday April 12 at 8am in JAPAN, and will be approximately 75 minutes in length.
