Pwyc Modern Monday W/Crossroads Dance Indy

Monday nights at Motus Dance are now Pay What You Can. Join Motus and Crossroads Dance Indy for some Modern moving that does not break the bank! Tonight's class will be taught by Crossroads Dance Indy member Ashley Youmell. In this class we will be exploring our bodies movement through floor work. Sequential movement patterns will have your joints feeling more flexible by the end of class. If the word FLOOR already makes your knees hurt then fear not, we will be focusing more on core and arm strengthening. Ashley graduated with a BA in Dance and a Business minor in 2012 from Ohio University. Since moving to Indianapolis, Ashley performed with Flamencóle at the 2014 International Festival. Additionally, she has performed with Motus Dance in Cultivate and Maze. Ashley, along with Rebecca Lomax, won Cultivate in 2016 and is a co-artistic Director of Elisha Movement Christian Dance Company. She is also a member of Crossroads Dance.
