Cairo ShimmyQuake is the largest belly dance festival in SoCal! cairoshimmyquake.com On June 7, 2014, Cairo ShimmyQuake (CSQ) Belly Dance Festival erupted. Dancers, vendors, old and new friends went crazy. Attendees were awed by the variety of performances and workshops to choose from. The international flare, along with such a creative environment left audiences wanting more. Encouraging positive feedback inspired Diamond Pyramid & Marta Schill Kouzouyan to continue their endeavor. In the following years, CSQ returned to Glendale and made more of an impact. More vendors and workshops were added, yet prices remained affordable for students, fans, and enthusiasts alike. EVENT INFO: Below you will find information and times necessary for Cairo ShimmyQuake Belly Dance Festival 2018! Please remember the dates are: June 1st, 2nd, & 3rd, 2018.
