Guitar Intensive With Victor Marquez "El Tomate"

Calling all guitarrists! Take advantage of the oppertunity to study with master flamenco guitarrist Victor Marquez "El Tomate" at the Conservatory of Flamenco Arts Summer Session! Monday, June 19 - Friday, June 23 11:00am - 12:20pm, daily Victor Marquez is a guitarist from Córdoba, Spain. He comes from a family of well-known flamenco guitarists, ͞Los Tomates de Córdoba͟. Professionally, Marquez has worked in numerous shows and with many companies including those of Rafael Amargo, José Porcel, Manuel Liñan, Rafael Martos, Antonio Canales , Guadalupe Torres, Cecilia Gomez, Adrián Santana, and Olga Pericet. When not abroad, Marquez combines his work in theaters with work in Spain’s most prestigious tablaos. $100 for the full workshop, $25 daily drop-in PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED by 06/17/17.
