Once upon a time…. Kings and queens, fairies and fiends, wishes, spells and ne’er do wells…From the Brothers Grimm and Aesop’s Fables to modern-day fairy tales, many a story were told to delight, excite, inspire, and manifest a world of make believe.These stories also served to warn, caution, provide a handbook on life skills, or even institute a level of morality in a world not so civilized. Dangerous Beauties theatrical production Femme explores these favorite tales from Scheherazade to Dorothy in the land of Oz, reimagined in a different voice, with a different flair and perhaps a different choice of villain, hero, or heroine. Join us for a holiday kick-off show you are sure to talk about over and over again as we walk down memory lane through your favorite bedtime stories.
