Afro-Modern House Dance: Weekly Classes (At Mohari Wellness In Oakland)

As promised, Afro-Modern House Dance is back! This time around, I'll be holding weekly classes at Mohari Wellness, super conveniently-located on Grand Avenue at Broadway (right by Era Art Bar, for those of you who aren't yet familiar). Blessed to be in another beautiful, lofted space! Come dance in the spirit of freedom and revolution to the uplifting sounds of deep, soulful, Afro-House music. This class will focus on organic movement in response to music, influenced by African, Caribbean, and modern American traditions and inspired by underground dance culture.
