We are trying something new this year in the Kin of Hope Natural Health Dance and Fitness Studio. On Friday February 26th we will be hosting a Dance for Fun and Health event. The first hour will be Salsa dancing. If you don't know how to do salsa we will show you a few steps and we will have some fun. The second hour we will have a variety of music and dance for heath and fun. Cost is $5 per person and includes one free water. Please no outside drinks and bring different shoes to wear in the dance studio than you wear outside. More Info below.
