Modern Dance for adults, all levels welcome! Wednesdays 6:30-8 PM Blue Guitar Studio, 186 Northampton Street, Easthampton, MA $15 drop in/ $10 Students/ $96 8 class card This modern technique class is an beginning- intermediate level class working towards a grounded and direct approach to movement, infused with somatic principles and experiential improvisations. Class work explores sensation, instinct, and the inherent musical phrasing inside the body as well as the opportunity to learn basic movement patterns and simple phrase work.
