Lesnoto Oro (Macedonian folk dance)

This dance is from Macedonia. we are holding onto each other's belts, in typical Balkan style for this type of line dance. Traditionally, in this style of line dance, the women wear necklaces full of gold coins, which represent their dowries. They shake as they dance, making the coins jingle. The woman who makes the most jingling noise will attract the most suitors!
