Tango Essentials Beginner Series & Pratica

Looking to get into Tango, or wanting to review and strengthen your basic technique? This is a class series designed for ALL LEVELS, whether you are a brand new dancer, or an experienced one. September 19th - Hear the music, and move to it together. September 26th - Connect together, connect better. October 3rd - Exploring Pivots, Ochos, and Turns. October 10th - Rhythm and Circles, starting and finishing turns in a musical way. Learn, and then stay after the class for Pratica Boedo, 8pm-10pm. What you need to know: • Location - Avalon Roc, 470 State St Rochester, NY. Parking and entrance in the back. • Time - Mondays, 7:00-8:00pm, followed by Pratica Boedo, 8:00-10:00pm • Cost - $60 per person for the whole series, or $20 for drop-ins. The pratica is free for lesson attendees, or $10 for just the pratica. • Proof of COVID Vaccination required, masks optional (as of now). • While signing up with a partner is encouraged to help with role balance, it is not necessary.
