In Ericeira, they curated a very unique concept for us, which allows all participants to enhance the fundamental technics, receive tools and inspiration for improvisation, and explore musicality. Our daily tango program consist 2 x 90 min. workshops with a 15 min break. Day 1 "Movement vs. Stillness" - Shifting gears and silencing down. Day 2 "Skill Lab" - Propping up our technical foundation. Day 3 "Creativity Improvisation" - Everyone can be an artist. Leaving patterns behind and revealing our creative potential. Day 4 "Diversity in Music" - DArienzo and DAgostino sound like brothers to you? Exploring musicality as a source of diversity in our dance. Language: Level: all levels from experienced beginner to advanced. Partner: not required. YOGA with Catarina - certificated yoga teacher, yogini of Aerial Yoga Vinyasa Flow, mama, lover of movement and dances. Catarina's classes are usually in a combination of flow and strength, movement and focus respecting always each body, each person. She believes that the movement never lies and that yoga and dance are one of the best ways of healing and self-acceptance. SURF with Joana - Portugal's first big wave female surfer. FOOD Liliana and her kitchen team will take the best care of our palates and nutrition during our stay. Well aware that active bodies need active food, she will make sure that her meals provide us with both joy and energy while bringing diverse regional food onto the table.
