Astronomy Under The Stars With High-End Telescope🔭Free Event. Limit 13 Ppl

Enjoy an evening under the stars and learn about some of the objects in the night sky. NASA Solar System Ambassador, Mark Johnston, will highlight that evening's visible objects, including planets and multiple star systems. Every one of us will view the sky through a high end refractor telescope. Mark Johnson will provide a running commentary and answer questions from the group. The explanations will be kept at a novice level. Bring a folding chair or you will be standing up for almost 2 hours. Registration with the park office is required for this event. Details of how and when to register will be sent to you if your RSVP is approved. Astronomy Evenings are canceled or change at the last minute if rainy or overcast conditions exist.
