Welcome to the 5th edition of the PISC!!! ,(texte en franais plus bas),,Every year, the Paris International Congress brings together over 2000 wonderful and inspiring dancers from all around the world to share their passion for salsa, bachata and kizomba and to enjoy the wonderful French capital.,,The PISC is also a great opportunity to visit the most beautiful city in the world.
