If you enjoy the Free class & wish to take your dancing to the next level, the Free class is followed by the main Cuban Salsa Beginner class (Level 1 to III), then followed by Cuban Salsa Intermediate class (last 2 weeks of each month), sharing the month with Bachata on the first 2 weeks of every month), with social dancing & dance practice inbetween & after classes. WEDNESDAY TIMETABLE: ** 6.30PM - FREE SALSA CLASS - Come as often as you like - Open to all ages - No dance experience necessary - No partner required - REGISTRATION BREAK / SOCIAL DANCING - ** 7.30PM - 8.30PM CUBAN SALSA for BEGINNERS (Main class) Cuban Salsa (Absolute Beginner to Improver Level) * ALL absolute beginners MUST do the Free class first before joining this main Beginner class or have some previous salsa experience. - DANCE / SOCIAL BREAK - - ** 9.00PM - 10.00PM INTERMEDIATE CUBAN SALSA (main) (Cuban Salsa/Rueda De Casino) - AFTER CLASS SOCIAL DANCING 'TIL 10.30PM - * Please note: Class times are approximate & may run later due to registration delays on busy nights. * We only accept cash on the night CLOTHING & SHOES: Comfortable casual clothing. Best shoes are low or flat smooth sole shoes which will assist you in your turns and spins. Avoid sandals, open toe shoes, high heels Avoid track shoes or runners as these grip the floor. MEDICAL: Anyone with breathing problems, heart conditions, knee, back or shoulder injuries and who are taking prescribed medication , please consult with your doctor first before joining any classes.
