Salsa fit Workshop format [Stage 1 of 3] Coach Tee Cee's Salsa-Fit, the "Dance-A-Licious fitness therapy" is a great way to get into shape and stay fit, because as you dance your body is constantly moving in various ways, engaging multiple muscle groups, and above all, it’s fun, meaning it doesn't feel like a chore.
