Zócalo Restaurant hosts a monthly dinner that provides a memorable 3-course menu using local, seasonal and all organic ingredients created by our house Chefs. MENU: 1st course- Tostadas de Maize (roasted corn, bell pepper, and onions) Paired with- Puesta Del Sol (El Tesoro Blanco, Agave, Lime, Fesh Cantaloupe Juice, Thyme) 2nd course-Asada con papa (NY Strip with red bell pepper and caramelized onion salsa with a side of roasted fingerling potato) Paired with- Gran Manzana (El Tesoro Anejo, OJ, Agave, Apple Cider Vinegar, Rosemary, Red Apple) 3rd Course- Pera pie (Pear pie with whip cream and glaze) Paired with- Vida (El Tesoro Reposado, Lemon, Agave, Pear Nectar, Cinnamon, Vanilla) More Info below.
