Celebrating multi-culturalism in Miami, Sanchoco Sunday delivers a fusion of traditional Colombian dishes mashed up with Chef Cesar Zapata's signature Vietnamese culinary style. The result is a vibrant and tropical menu that highlights Chef's Colombian heritage alongside partner Ani Meinhold's Vietnamese heritage; this party is uniquely Miami and can only be found at Phuc Yea and #onlyindade. Featured will be Vietno-Colombian inspired dishes Sancocho Pho with pho broth, costilla de res, corn, potatoes, yucca, plantain, rice noodles, herbs, beans sprouts, jalapeños; Beef Empanadas with potatoes, lemongrass, chili, aji ; Pandebono, Chinese sausage butter and Arepa “Banh Xeo Style” with masitas, shrimp, bean sprouts, fresh herbs, andouille and Chinese sausage, coconut turmeric cream.
