The Culinary clash of the finest bubbles and the simplicity of Bratwurst make this event come to life. This event, which is a concept from our Special Guest Host & Chef - Michael Verswijveren, has carefully designed the menu to please and delight. This year Bubble & Bratwurst will be hosted at the Thompson Toronto Hotel. What to expect: Bubbly Decor 3 Designed Plates by Chef Michael Verswijveren Sparkling & Champagne Features all night long Enteratainment Provided by: Foreign City Specialty Menu: “The Habibi “ Lamb Marquez sausage with pickled cabbage , herbed yoghurt and harissa. “ Dr Greenthumb “ Vegetarian sausage with arugula ,tzatziki and salsa verde. “ Truffel Knuffel “ Pork sausage with sauerkraut, crispy and caramelized onion ,smoked cheddar and truffle-mayonnaise. Note: Tickets include welcome drink and 1 Bratwurst of your choice. Additional Bratwurst can be purchased on-site individually. The experience starts at 9:30pm this evening and will turn into an exlcusive after party at 11:30pm. Ticket's do not gaurantee seating arrangements and event is on a free flow.
