Join Chef de Cuisine Michael Ridell at our weekly Porta Blu Cooking Series for a variety of fun classes, tips and tricks to enhance your culinary journey or just to have fun. This week we will get ready for 4th of July BBQ- with a twist. Grilled street corn with mole sauce and cotija, grilled berkshire pork belly with fire roasted corn salsa and padron peppers will make this year's celebration a true feast. Our Porta Blu bartender will complete this fun menu with festive cocktail recipes and demonstrations. This is a hands-on class.
