NYC is finally feeling the heat, so that means it is officially ice cream sundae season. The Teaching Kitchen Scoop Shop is in full swing, bringing you new, heavenly ice cream flavors with homemade caramel and fudge sauces, and next-level toppings. Today we riff of the classic Fluffernutter combo of peanut butter and marshmallow, with brown-sugar sauteed bananas and a classic homemade fudge sauce.
