Anatomy In Motion: Axis Syllabus - Bodywork Group

Morning class 10:30- 12:30 Anatomy and dynamic movement exploration with Axis Syllabus. Lead by Zoë Solomons Changing room and kitchen are open from 10:15 (you're welcome for a tea), so we have a prompt start at 10:30. In an AXIS SYLLABUS class we investigate how our body works in movement. Each class focuses on a part of the body or a principle of movement -like swinging. Sometimes we look at pictures or anatomy models to learn about their function, then we practice movement to enjoy and understand moving even more. “It’s subtle and intense, you come out of class feeling wider, stronger, energized, as if new pathways to movement have been opened. It’s surprisingly simple and intense. No matter what your level, amateur or dancer, each class is an incredibly useful journey towards embodied ease.” Catherine, class participant. Please wear loose comfortable clothing. £5 donation. (10£ for both morning and afternoon class) MoveMe is offering FREE try-it-out tickets every week if you're unknown to any movement (dance, acting, somatic bodywork) practice. #everyonecandance, Come and try it out.
