Sunday, May 12th - Celebrate Mother's Day with Jackie Stewart Even when Jackie was at the peak of her career, she felt that something was missing. While living a life outside of herself, she faced questions, challenges, frustrations, and an insatiable desire to connect to something deeper. Even though “achieving” so much, she wondered why she was swallowed by unhappiness. She later found herself at a monastery in Nepal to peek into the wild intricacies of her mind, and finally got back in touch with her heart. Sunday, May 19 - Tiffani R. Moore When Tiffani was diagnosed with SLE Lupus, the side effects of the illness caused her body to slow down and her brain to fog. She decided to take a step back and make time for her to heal. She began to study alternative healing modalities, including meditation. Tiffani’s journey with healing led her to help others to heal. Tiffani is certified in BreathWork Level 1, Reiki 1&2, 26+2 Yoga Teacher, and Yin Yoga. May 26 - Ceasar F. Barajas Ceasar is a 7-year US Navy Veteran who found meditation when he was experiencing PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Meditation became the stabilizer for his personal and professional life, as he went on to become a certified yoga teacher specializing in Mindful Resilience for Trauma Recovery and Yoga Nidra. Ceasar is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher through Baptiste Power Yoga, he completed a 15-hour Mindful Resilience for Trauma Recovery CET through the Veterans Yoga Project, and a 25-hour Yoga Nidra and Meditation CET through Y7 Yoga.
