The Open Kitchen Toronto Dining Series brings together Toronto’s leading chefs for unforgettable dining experiences that support and elevate the recognition of women in the culinary industry. On Thursday, May 16th, OKTO will host a dining event with Chef Ivana Raca and Chef Sean MacDonald. First course: Poached shrimp, grilled baby gem, black sesame, yuzu Second course: Truffle Pasta Third course: Rib Cap, fried eggplant purée, bone marrow salsa verde Dessert by Pastry Chef Munis Qadris: Black liquorice, orange & vanilla *Includes wine pairings by Bespoke Wine Agency Tickets are $110 per person, inclusive of all food, beverages, tax and gratuity. Each ticket entitles the buyer to a $22 tax receipt. A portion of the proceeds from ticket sales will go directly to the Open Kitchen Toronto Female Culinary Scholarship at George Brown College’s Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts.
