Naomi specializes in helping people adopt a whole food plant-based diet to get serious health benefits fast.Join us Thursday March 28th from 6PM-8PM for a Plant-based Potluck celebrating Plant Healthy St. Pete, a social group that embraces the health benefits of eating a whole foods plant-based diet!INSTRUCTIONS: We ask if you RSVP to the event to please comment on the Facebook event page below what you are going to bring and how much as we need ingredients such as shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, chopped red onions, chopped cilantro, bag of limes, corn, cooked corn on the cob, chopped peppers, sprouts, whole avocados, hot sauces, salsas, fresh mixed chutneys or pico de gallo, whole wheat wraps, gluten-free wraps, whole head romaine for wraps, fruit of any kind or bring a plant-based dish to serve 6-8 people and a beverage if you want something other than water, which will be provided.
