Get Sauced: A Frontera Experience

If there's one thing better than mopping up the soul-satisfying sauces of the Mexican kitchen with an heirloom corn tortilla, it's following that bite with a taste of expertly matched wine. It's an ethereal experience, and one that we love getting just right. It's kind of our thing. In this first-of-its-kind experience, Topolobampo chef Zach Steen and Private Events chef Matt Miller will step you through the building blocks of Mexican cuisine before serving a menu featuring the vibrant salsas, earthy chile sauces and complex moles we love so much. Throughout dinner, wine director Jill Gubesch and sommelier Ashley Tranquill will offers insight into the magic of pairing wine with Mexican food, then pour the perfect wine to accompany each course. Each ticket includes a welcome cocktail, cooking and wine pairing demonstration, multi-course dinner with wine pairings and dessert. Ticket price includes tax and gratuity. This event will be held in the Library at Topolobampo, located above the restaurant at 445 N. Clark St.  More Info below.
